These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CATERERSHUB mobile application (“App” or “Service”) operated by Digicode Informatik LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). CATERERSHUB is a digital platform designed to facilitate catering-related services, management, and communication between users and service providers. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence.

By using the App, you agree:

- Not to use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Not to upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive, abusive, obscene, or violates any third-party rights.

Violation of these obligations may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.

If the App includes paid services or subscription plans, all payments must be made through authorized payment gateways. Users agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, and fees. The Company is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment providers.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.

The Company may update or revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting in the App. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
